Safety of Simol trailer jacks

Simol was part of the international scientific committee for the revision of ISO 12140, the first international standard that indicates how to design, build, and test every jack. 
From there it developed the top range of certified jacks, SIMOL Q.
The Simol support feet are an integral part of the machine on which they are installed. In addition to functionality, the end user also requires absolute reliability.

For this reason, Simol develops its products with safety in mind. In fact, Simol was an integral part of the International Technical Committee for the revision of ISO 12140, the first international standard for support feet, which states how to design, build, test and validate them.

Based on this standard, Simol, an ISO 9001 certified company, developed its flagship range of certified products, called Simol Q.

This range of products includes all the new Simol know-how, developed in more than 60 years of activity, the result of investments in research and innovation and continuous improvement in business processes, inside and outside the company.

From the development of the customer's idea, to design to CAD, to structural analysis, to the use of special high-performance material, up to the creation of products with specifically implemented production techniques.

In addition, Simol, in order to comply with the requirements of the ISO 12140 standard, developed - together with the University of Bologna - a specific test bench, unique in its kind.

This bench allows us to test the quality and functional requirements of safety and reliability directly on the finished product, within in our factory, in our laboratory.

No less important, all the feet of the Simol Q range are made with an ISO 3834/2 certified welding system, characterized by countless controls providing for its reliability and traceability.

This is a further guarantee on the quality of the products of the Simol Q range.
